Our cancellation policy is depends on the type of vehicle booked for the reservation:
A) Sedan Cancellation Policy: We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, just give us a call at (858) 764-7447 at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled pick time to avoid the cancellation fee. If you need to cancel 4 hours or less before your pick time, the full amount of your reservation will be nonrefundable. For all pickups and drop offs outside San Diego County such as Los Angeles, Irvine etc. and charter hourly rentals, we require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations.
B) Limousine/Sprinter/Party Bus Cancellation Policy: For our specialty vehicles, please contact our office at (858) 764-7447 to cancel the reservation within 14 days of the service date. At that time, the deposit amount will be nonrefundable. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the service date and time, the full amount of the reservation will be nonrefundable. Deposits will be subtracted from the “Total Due” prior to processing payment. Switching of Dates, and/or downsizing are considered cancellations and therefore fall under the same conditions.
We understand unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans so our chauffeurs are allotted a maximum time limit to wait beyond your scheduled pick up time without incurring additional fees.
Our chauffeurs will wait an additional 30 minutes after your scheduled arrival time for airport pick ups to allow you to retrieve your luggage, etc. For international travel, we recommend arranging your pick up time 30-45 minutes after the flight arrival to allow entry through customs.
For pick ups at locations other than the airport, our chauffeurs are allowed to wait for 10 minutes to load the vehicle and depart without incurring additional fees.

I’ve been taking MIB for all of my business travel to and from the airport for about 2 1/2 years now, and couldn’t be happier. They are always on time, and I love their impeccable follow through. You can schedule your pickup online or you can call in and speak to a polished professional who will confirm your reservation and send you a confirmation email. Four hours before pick up, they send you a confirmation of payment. Be sure to cancel your reservation before the four hour window. Upon pick up, the driver calls and texts you at their arrival, usually 10 minutes early to let you know they’re outside. They are always dressed in a suit and are impeccable in their manners by loading and unloading your bags, opening your door, etc. They also track your flight so there’s no worry of pick up time if you’re delayed. When they pick you up, they communicate through their dispatch system that you’ve gotten in the car. As a solo traveling young woman, I appreciate this confirmation and communication through their team. I highly recommend Men In Black for any of your transportation needs.
