Contract Agreement

This Contract is a legally binding document. By accepting our services, the Client verifies that the pick-up date, times, number of passengers, and billing information are correctly stated on the reservation confirmation.


Airport Pick-up Policy

Additional charges may incur for waiting time after arriving flights. For domestic arrivals, a grace period of 30 minutes is allotted, and for international arrivals, it is 60 minutes. After the grace period, a waiting fee will be billed in half-hour increments. No Exceptions. If contact is not made to our office 1 ½ hours after the flight lands, a No-show fee of the full rate will be applied to the credit card on file. To avoid a no-show fee, please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance.


Cancellation Policies

A) Sedan Cancellation Policy: We require 4 hours notice prior to pickup time for local sedan transfers in the San Diego area to receive a full refund. For pickups and drop-offs outside San Diego County and charter hourly rentals, 24 hours notice is required. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days.

B) Limousine/Sprinter/Bus Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 14 days of the service date incur a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the Total Due. Cancellations within 120 hours of the service date require full payment. Switching of Dates, and/or downsizing are considered cancellations and fall under the same conditions.


Mechanical Breakdown and Subcontracting

The Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter but will make efforts to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is refused, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, a refund shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client. In case of an emergency, the Company may subcontract the rental to another limousine service.


Additional Charges

Extra stops and waiting time beyond the allotted grace periods will incur additional charges. Waiting fees and overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments.



Men In Black Transportation shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by various factors beyond our control.


Midnight Fee

There will be a $20 charge for sedan pick-ups between 11:45pm and 03:45am.


Rate Change

The rate is subject to change based on specific services requested by the Client.


Damage and Cleaning Fees

The Client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental period. Cleaning fees apply for excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.


Prohibited Activities

Smoking, eating, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. The chauffeur may terminate the contract without refund if any illegal activity is observed.


Lost Items

Men In Black Transportation is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and personal property left in the vehicle.


Vehicle Requests

Vehicle requests are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of management.


Credit Card Authorization

The Company is authorized to process the Client’s credit card for overages and damages without further consent.


Car Seat

Car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Installation is the customer’s responsibility.


Waiver of Claims

The Client waives any claims against the Company for injury, loss, or damage to their person or property.



By submitting a reservation, the Client agrees to the terms listed above and acknowledges receiving the Reservation Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
