I’ve been taking MIB for all of my business travel to and from the airport for about 2 1/2 years now, and couldn’t be happier. They are always on time, and I love their impeccable follow through. You can schedule your pickup online or you can call in and speak to a polished professional who will confirm your reservation and send you a confirmation email. Four hours before pick up, they send you a confirmation of payment. Be sure to cancel your reservation before the four hour window. Upon pick up, the driver calls and texts you at their arrival, usually 10 minutes early to let you know they’re outside. They are always dressed in a suit and are impeccable in their manners by loading and unloading your bags, opening your door, etc. They also track your flight so there’s no worry of pick up time if you’re delayed. When they pick you up, they communicate through their dispatch system that you’ve gotten in the car. As a solo traveling young woman, I appreciate this confirmation and communication through their team. I highly recommend Men In Black for any of your transportation needs. I look forward to utilizing them for my Temecula wine tasting tours and LAX runs from San Diego!
